Senior Enterprise Architect

Architecture / Casablanca / Remote / Full-time

The role

You will lead enterprise architecture engagements for large-scale clients across banking, industry, and public institutions. You define target architectures, govern technical decisions, and ensure coherence across delivery teams.

What you will do

  • Lead architecture assessments and define target-state blueprints
  • Design integration patterns across complex system landscapes
  • Govern technical decisions and maintain architecture decision records
  • Work directly with C-level stakeholders to align technology with strategy
  • Mentor junior architects and contribute to CMX methodologies

What we expect

  • 8+ years in enterprise architecture, integration, or systems design
  • Deep experience with TOGAF, ArchiMate, or equivalent frameworks
  • Track record in banking, insurance, or large-scale industry projects
  • Strong communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to translate business constraints into architecture decisions
